Speaking of PDF to Excel conversion, you can hardly find a more reliable tool.
You are allowed to convert just a few of the PDF pages instead of all pages by setting the page range. For the alignment adjustment, you can enter the values for left/top indent; it can also combine all tables in different PDF pages into one worksheet with custom spacing between them. Of course if you want an Excel file without formatting, it can manage that.
There are many online PDF converters out there and sometimes it can be convenient, but consider this: the graphics are in poor quality, no clickable links left, some of them don't even provide detailed settings... and the list goes on. Once installed, Free PDF to Excel XLS can be used anywhere you like. It won't cost your data allowance while online converters need you to upload and download files.
Free PDF to Excel XLS is able to convert PDF documents in batch to Excel XLS files. You can drag PDF files/folders that contain PDF files or use explorer window to import them. It provides reminder sound and confirm box that can be enabled/disabled. You can also directly open the output folder to find the resulting files.
